2.1. Full payment must be made before accessing any course material.
2.2. Course links and materials will be sent within 48 hours to 3 working days of payment confirmation.
2.3. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for digital courses unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to the materials which will be looked into by our web designer before making any decision.

5.1. It is your responsibility to complete the course within the 2 months timeframe from time learner enrols for the course. Failing to complete Beyond Training Academy will not be able to issue an accredited certificate or provide certificate under any circumstances.
5.2. You are responsible for keeping your login details and course materials secure. Sharing them with others is prohibited.

- Threatening the academy, the academy owner, or any tutor with negative feedback or comments on social media, or using such threats to demand refunds or other forms of compensation, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Consequences of Breach
Any form of harassment, intimidation, or threats will result in immediate termination of access to the course and materials without refund. Legal action may also be pursued in cases of severe misconduct.
