At Beyond Training Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and resources to our students and customers. We understand that sometimes plans change or products may not meet expectations, so we’ve outlined our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.
Face-to-Face Courses Refund Policy
Cancellation by Student:
- If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Minus 20% administration fees by us.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
- There are no refunds for any unused portion of the course should it be uncompleted by you (e.g. leaving the course half way through the class), for any reason at all.
- Once the course has commenced, refunds will not be made under any circumstances at all
- HEALTH
- It is a requirement that the Student partaking the course is generally in good health. It is essential that students with any relevant medical concern make it known to Beyond Training Academy prior to the course.
- “A refund will not be issued if on the day a participant finds that their physical attributes, such as long nails, heavy-handedness, lack of hand and wrist coordination, or larger fingers, impact their ability to effectively perform tasks or participate in practical sessions during the course.”
Cancellation by Beyond Training Academy:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.
Online Courses
Refunds:
- Due to the digital nature of online courses, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
- If you experience technical issues or believe there is an error with the course content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a replacement course.
Editable Manuals, Certificates, and Consultation Forms and Aftercare
Refunds:
- All sales of editable manuals, certificates, and consultation forms are final due to the immediate access and digital nature of these products.
- If you encounter any issues with the files, such as corruption or access problems, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a replacement.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund outside of the policy outlined above, please contact us directly. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
