Course Introduction

This unit has been designed to enable the learner to critically assess the complexities of managing wellbeing and will appraise contemporary approaches for the creation of healthy work systems. The unit culminates in leaders being given the opportunity to propose a series of recommendations to create and sustain a positive culture of mental health and wellbeing within an organisational context. There are no specific entry requirements however you will need to have an excellent understanding of the English language and the ability to write to a high academic standard

Ideally you need to be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply the knowledge required for this level. Learners may be working as Senior Managers, Regional Managers, Directors or CEO's.
