Course Introduction

This unit has been designed to enable the learner to critically assess structural inequality within an organisational and societal context. They will discuss approaches to comply with legal and good practice requirements and to appraise the influence of equality, diversity and inclusion on strategic objectives. The unit culminates in leaders being given the opportunity to develop strategic priorities for equality, diversity and inclusion. Exclusively all learners gain access to the  Training Zone powered by CMI’s ManagementDirect.

Course Entry Requirement

Whilst the CMI do not have specific entry requirements for this qualification we as a centre would require learners to have at least a level 3 qualification and a good understanding of the written requirements at level 6.

Ideally you need to be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol on this course.
