Course Introduction

The Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership provides an introduction to the skills, roles and responsibilities of aspiring Managers. Certification can be achieved in three months and is fully supported under the expert guidance of a dedicated BBE tutor. Who is the qualification for

The Level 3 qualifications in Management and Leadership are aimed at practising or aspiring team leaders or supervisors, who will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes.

You will set and monitor goals and objectives, by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of your role.

The qualification is suitable for team leaders, supervisors, shift managers and project officers.

You must be at least 16 years of age to enrol on this course.

Select from a combination of units with a minimum of 40 TUT (total unit time) hours to achieve this qualification.

Course Entry Requirement

There are no specific entry requirements however you will need to have a good understanding of the English language and writing.
