Course Introduction
Providing an overview of the skills required for practicing or aspiring professional managers, the Award will develop the skills required for this level of responsibility. Certification can be achieved within six months and is fully supported under the expert guidance of a dedicated tutor.

Who is this Qualification For
The Level 6 qualifications in Management and Leadership are aimed at practising or aspiring senior managers, wishing to develop professional management and leadership practice.
The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams, enabling them to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol on this course.
Course Entry Requirement
Whilst the CMI do not have specific entry requirements for this qualification we as a centre would require learners to have at least a level 3 qualification and a good understanding of the written requirements at level 6.
Ideally you need to be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with.
