Who is this Qualification For
The Level 3 qualifications in Management & Leadership are aimed at practising or aspiring team leaders or supervisors, who will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes.
You will set and monitor goals and objectives, by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day-to-day operational and project activities are a key part of your role.
The qualification is suitable for team leaders, supervisors, shift managers and project officers.
You must be at least 16 years of age to enrol on this course.
Course Entry Requirement
There are no specific entry requirements however you will need to have a good understanding of the English language and writing.
Ideally you need to be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with.
